Traxxas T-Maxx with OS .40 4-Stroke
For a short time, OS made a .40 four stroke motor specifically for land vehicles (as opposed to airplanes). It came with a pull starter and inadequate cooling, but boy was it cool.

Walthers Proto 2000 Great Northern Empire Builder
Initially I wasn’t interested in the Empire Builder edition of Walthers “Name Trains“, but the more I looked at it, the more I liked it. Problem was, it was released in 2007, a long time ago as of this post.

Con-Cor Pioneer Zephyr
As much as I love the big steamers like the Big Boy or Y6B, I love the vintage streamliners like the Dreyfuss Hudson or GS4 in Southern Pacific’s Daylight colors. This Pioneer Zephyr truly symbolizes the golden age of passenger train travel.

MTH AC-6 4-8-8-2 Cab Forward
MTH is sure cranking out some nice looking HO stuff these days. This Southern Pacific AC-6 was released in the Fall of 2010 and has been added to my fleet of big steamers.
